Rebooking and cancelling SJ Group trips
Special terms apply to group trips.
Payment terms
The order is paid when booking via one of the following payment methods
- Credit card, e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners
- Invoice via a personal identity number linked to Mobilt BankID
- Invoicing an organisation or company requires a customer number. You can sign up for an
agreement and read more on our website
Booking fee
The booking fee is included in the quote price. It comprises 12% of the net price for the journey with SJ, but no lower than SEK 30 or higher than SEK 85 per ticket.
Cancellation terms for group trips
The SJ train journey
- In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more before the departure date, 100% of the travel price will be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation 29 to 14 days before the departure date, 50% of the travel price will be refunded. The booking fee is non-refundable.
- In the event of a cancellation 13 days or closer to the departure date, SEK 0 will be refunded.
- If the booking includes travel with another operator, other cancellation terms may apply.
Food order
You can cancel pre-ordered food and beverages up until 12.00 noon, three working days before the departure date and receive a refund for the paid amount. Later cancellations will not be
refunded.
Reservation
The quote applies to a minimum of 10 persons. SJ AB reserves the right to make amendments in the event of changes to the price list and timetables.
Bus transfer
Any cancellations can be made free of charge up until 12.00 noon, five working days before the departure date. After which, no refunds will be made.
