SJ Service Center is closed
SJ Service Center in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö is closed. The customer service business is retained and moves out to the station at the same time.
Customer hosts will be available in the station environment from March 15. They help with guidance for purchases on sj.se, in SJ's app or in the SJ ticket machine. You can also receive guidance on how to make a rebooking in our digital channels yourself. In addition, they will help with traffic information, to find the right place in the station environment and help on platforms to when boarding.
If you want to buy a ticket, we refer you to sj.se , SJ's app or the SJ ticket machine. You can also, for a fee of SEK 100, buy a ticket at Pressbyrån / 7-Eleven.
