How do I rebook a cancelled ticket?
To find your credit value you need to search your order through My Journey here on the website.
When looking at the overview click on Change trip > Rebook.
Choose the tickets you would like to rebook and continue to select the new journey.
If the price of the new ticket is lower, a voucher on the sum of the difference will be sent to the contact person by email. If the price is higher, the difference is payable.
Can I rebook to another traveller?
Yes, a rebookable ticket is not personal which means it is possible to change traveller. To do this, you need to contact our customer service.
