How do I rebook a cancelled ticket?
To find your credit value you need to search your order through My Journey here on the website.
When looking at the overview click on Change trip > Rebook. Choose the tickets you'd like to rebook and continue to choose the new journey.

If the price of the new ticket is lower, a voucher in the sum of the difference will be sent to the journeys contact person by email. If the price is higher, the difference is payable.
