How do I rebook my ticket?

To rebook your ticket you need to search your order through Tickets > Find ticket here on the website.

When you have selected the ticket you want to rebook click on Rebook booking > Rebook journey.

Now you can see your rebook value and search for a new journey.

In our app you click on the symbol of three dots in the upper right corner > Rebook. Choose the stretch and date you'd like to book and continue your rebooking. 

Can I rebook to another traveller?
Yes, a rebookable ticket is not personal which means it is possible to change traveller. To do this, you need to contact our customer service.
