How do I cancel my ticket?
You can cancel your ticket here on the website and in our app.
If you have a refundable ticket the refund will be made to the same account that you used when you bought the ticket.
Search your ticket via Tickets > Find booking. When you have opened the booking you select Cancel booking.
In the app you click on the three dots in the upper right corner > Cancel.
