How do I apply for compensation if my train is delayed?

If you get delayed on your journey you can apply for compensation here on our website. You will find the compensation form here.

If you do not have a Swedish personal identity number you are welcome to send an email to kundservice@sj.se to apply for compensation.

If any extra costs arose during your journey you can attach the receipt for this in your application.
